When i signed up to blogger, I wanted the name three little things, but that was already taken so i went with the first thing they suggested. I thought it sounded kinda sweet, unobtrusive, optimistic. So that's how i started. Sharing photos and positive words along the line of gratitude and mindfulness etc. I like that approach, it brings you back to the moment, makes you consider things and forces you (as the writer/poster) to open your eyes and really take notice. But oh my, is it hard. As much as I am an optimist, I've got a good dose of cynicism in me too. Doubt creeps in, and the words become like paper weights at the back of my tongue.
There's two things that cross my mind as i sit here: A. what's the point to this little blog of mine? (And a side thought, why the slight wince as i write the word blog?) B. If i can't get over my perpetual fear of anonymous typing and posting, then how the *bleep will i deal with the pressure of putting my words out into a more professional arena? How can you change a form you've already set into pixel memory?
